Hiring for a 2pm

• 6pm and a 3pm
• 6pm position.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans for preschool children.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
• Provide individualized attention and support to students based on their unique needs and abilities.
• Monitor and assess student progress, keeping detailed records of their development.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior and social-emotional development.
• Foster a love of learning through engaging and interactive teaching methods.
• Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with preschool-aged students in a classroom setting.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early education.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students, including those with special needs.
• Proficiency in classroom management techniques to maintain a structured and productive learning environment.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
