What Were Looking For:

Experience as a paraprofessional in schools, preferably with direct support for students on the Autism spectrum Strong understanding of behavior management strategies and individualized education plans (IEPs) Ability to implement accommodations, support sensory and communication needs, and adapt learning materials Excellent communication skills to collaborate smoothly with teachers, specialists, and families Reliable, patient, and highly organized, with a commitment to nurturing student independence Must be available for a full-time, 35 hour per week contract through May 2027

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
