• Conduct resident assessments and provide basic patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
• Perform specimen collection processing and assist with laboratory procedures
• Administer medications and assist with IV insertion as needed
• Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Provide education to residents on various medical conditions
• Assist in emergency medicine situations and occupational health programs
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care Qualifications
• Must have a valid LPN license in the state of practice
• Proficiency in medical terminology and patient assessment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with patients and healthcare team members
