Luckiamute Valley Charter Schools (LVCS) is a student-centered, community-driven educational institutions dedicated to fostering academic excellence, character development, and a love for learning. Our Bridgeport Elementary campus provides a supportive and engaging environment where students thrive. LVCS is seeking a passionate and dedicated Title I Education Assistant for our elementary students. The Title Education Assistant provides supplemental academic support to students through targeted intervention services designed to improve achievement in core subject areas related to reading, writing, and math. This position includes working with students individually and in small groups to reinforce foundational skills and support progress toward grade-level standards. The Title I Assistant works under the supervision of a licensed teacher or program coordinator to implement evidence-based instructional strategies aligned with Title program requirements. Additional responsibilities may be assigned related to schoolwide supervision (i.e. recess, bus, cafeteria duty, etc.).
