Support children with special needs through individualized instruction and early intervention strategies to ensure inclusive learning experiences. Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques and effective behavior management strategies to maintain a respectful and productive environment. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns, fostering strong partnerships to support each child's growth. Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and maintain accurate documentation of child welfare and developmental assessments. Maintain a safe classroom environment by adhering to health and safety protocols, including first aid and CPR certification requirements. Skills Extensive experience working with children across various age groups, especially toddlers and preschoolers. Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management tailored to early childhood education. Knowledge of childhood development principles, special education needs, and early intervention techniques. Proven ability to manage behavior effectively while fostering a nurturing atmosphere that encourages learning and curiosity. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures related to early childhood assessment tools. Experience teaching physical education activities that promote motor skills development.
