Key Qualifications:
Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar support role in an educational setting Ability to assist teachers in the classroom and work independently with students as needed Patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach to working with children of various backgrounds and abilities Strong communication skills to engage with students, staff, and families High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications are a plus Willingness to undergo any required background checks
Primary Responsibilities:
