Key Qualifications:
Current and active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Experience providing 1:1 or small group ABA interventions to children or adolescents, preferably in a school or similar setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other support staff. Proficient in implementing behavior intervention plans and data collection protocols. Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a compassionate approach with students who have behavioral or developmental needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct ABA therapy sessions to assigned students under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Gather, track, and maintain accurate behavioral data and progress reports. Support classroom teachers in managing student behaviors and adapting strategies as needed. Participate in ongoing staff meetings, trainings, and professional development activities. Assist with the generalization of skills across school settings, promoting independence and academic engagement.
