Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting preferred Ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and staff Strong communication and teamwork skills Patience, empathy, and adaptability when supporting diverse learners High school diploma or GED required; additional training or certifications a plus Capacity to follow classroom routines and work under teacher supervision Competency with basic technology and educational tools

Primary Responsibilities:
