$18-$20/hour | Full-Time Temporary Position Seeds Academy is looking for a warm, energetic, and dependable Spark Guide to work with our youngest learners, ages 5-7. Responsibilities Support learners throughout the school day Facilitate hands-on activities, lessons, and projects Encourage independence, curiosity, and problem-solving Help maintain a positive, safe, and respectful studio culture Communicate with families and work collaboratively with the Seeds team We're Looking For Someone Who Loves working with young children Is patient, creative, and dependable Has strong communication and classroom-management skills Is excited about learner-driven education Has teaching, childcare, camp, or education experience Teaching certification/degree preferred but not required.
