Eligible Employer PTO Exchange Annual Salary:
$45,000 Duties and Responsibilities Instruct on the Clinical Medical Assistant curriculum in accordance with Job Corps requirements Counsel and motivate students regarding behavior, training, and personal development Develop supplemental lessons and recommend curricula changes to enhance learning outcomes Individualize the curriculum to fit students' vocational choices and maintain contact with counselors and instructors Prepare reports such as student/staff hours, requisitions, and monthly student evaluations Maintain a conducive classroom environment for learning Attend required staff training sessions and adhere to safety practices Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. CMA Certification required. NHA CMA certification preferred. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record preferred. Required to pass a drug screen in compliance with our Substance Abuse and Drug-Free Workplace policy. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a nationwide criminal background check.
