This rewarding, full-time contract position offers the opportunity to provide vital 1:1 support to young learners, focusing on both behavioral and personal care needs within a supportive school environment. Youll work closely with a single student, helping them succeed both in and outside the classroom, while collaborating with teachers and support staff. This role is ideal for compassionate professionals who are dedicated to empowering children with special needs, particularly in the areas of behavioral support and daily living assistance, including toileting and activities of daily living (ADLs).

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional, classroom assistant, or 1:1 aide Background working with elementary-aged students, preferably in a school setting Strong ability to support children with behavioral needs Experience with toileting and ADL assistance Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills Ability to follow individualized education plans (IEPs) and school procedures

Key Responsibilities:
