This full-time, onsite contract opportunity runs through the remainder of the 2026/27 school year and offers the chance to work with students in grades K-12. With several openings available, you can share your preferred grade level or age group for placement consideration.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar supportive role within a school environment Familiarity with classroom routines and supporting both teachers and students Ability to work effectively with children of diverse abilities and backgrounds Strong communication and collaboration skills Flexibility and patience in dynamic educational settings High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in education is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers with classroom instructional support and student supervision Collaborate with staff to facilitate an inclusive, positive learning environment Support students one-on-one and in small groups to reinforce lessons or provide accommodations Help manage classroom materials, prepare activities, and maintain a safe environment Supervise students during non-classroom times (lunch, recess, transitions) Document observations and communicate student progress or challenges with staff as needed In addition to competitive hourly compensation between $20-22, enjoy comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage as well as a 401(k) plan to support your future.
