Essential Qualifications:

Experience as a paraprofessional or personal care aid supporting students in educational settings Preference given to fully credentialed candidates (Act 151 PA Child Abuse Clearance, Act 114 FBI Fingerprinting, Act 126 Child Abuse Recognition/Reporting, 2-Step TB Test or Quantiferon TB, Act 168, Act 134, physical, and drug screeningsee below for details) Ability to manage caseloads from K-12, including SPED (Autism/Emotional) environments Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills PA credentialing or a clear pathway to completion (please provide all available documentation and anticipated dates if in progress)

Role Responsibilities:

Work one-on-one or in small groups to support students academic, behavioral, and social needs Assist teachers and staff with classroom activities, reinforcing lessons and implementing individualized student plans Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment Adapt to dynamic assignments across multiple schools as needed by the district Maintain accurate records and follow all established protocols for student and campus safety This position offers a competitive hourly wage for those with experience and credentials.
