We support early learning programs that strengthen children, families, and communities. We are hiring a Paraprofessional who brings a desire learn and grow to help our teams do their best work.
This is a hands-on collaborative role where you will provide assistance, partnering with the Head Teacher and Assistant Teacher to support consistency, compliance, and care. Pay and Work Setup Hourly pay range: $15.03 Work setup: On-site What You Will Do You will contribute to the core functions that help our organization remain consistent, compliant, and employee-centered. Provide excellent organizational skills Reinforce daily lesson plans. Proficient with technology as required for record keeping and documentation etc. Assist with preparation and clean-up of meals. Enthusiastic personality that will engage preschool children Decision Authority Apply established policies and procedures to (routine and/or moderately complex tasks relevant to role) Provide guidance and support to staff and families Escalate complex, high-risk, or compliance-related matters to Head Teacher or Program Manager What You Bring A high school diploma or GED certificate One year's experience related to childcare development of children Must have current Pennsylvania Driver's license and good driving record.
