Supervise and engage with children during playtime and classroom activities. Provide support in managing classroom behavior and maintaining a positive learning environment. Ensure the safety and well-being of children by adhering to childcare protocols Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding children's progress Qualifications Experience working with children in preschool, public school, college practicums, tutoring, babysitting, coaching, or preschool environments a plus Knowledge of classroom management and behavior management techniques Certification in First Aid and CPR preferred Ability to create a nurturing and supportive learning environment
