A Teacher Assistant assists classroom teachers by providing extra individual attention and instruction to students. Helps teachers with recordkeeping, preparation for lessons and activities and supervising students. May work with special education students, or work in a school library or computer lab; may be called teacher aide or paraprofessional.

Job Description
The assistant will support the children and lead teacher. Duties will include playing with children, singing and dancing with children, changing diapers/potty training, assist with eating times, general cleaning, going outside, changing clothes as needed, and helping to do crafts/activities. Ability to maintain updates on our App and implement/follow routines within the classroom. The assistant should have the ability to interact with parents and other staff professionally. Shift is flexible Monday through Friday equaling up to 40 hours. Teamwork, reliability, punctuality, a positive attitude, and a sense of humor are necessary. Pay rate is based on experience.
