Qualifications:

Associates Degree or higher, OR successful completion of the ParaPro Examination, OR valid TA certification Previous experience as a Paraprofessional/Teaching Assistant or Behavior Technician in school settings preferred Comfort and willingness to assist with student toileting and personal care as required Strong communication, teamwork, and organization skills

Responsibilities:

Provide dedicated support to high school students in a transition program Assist with academic, social, and daily living needs, including toileting Work collaboratively with teachers and specialists to adapt activities for individual students Encourage independence and positive behavior, reinforcing goals set by educators Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times Youll thrive working from 7:00 AM2:30 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
