Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Experience as a paraprofessional, teacher assistant (TA), or behavior technician (BT) in a school setting is preferred Must hold an Associates Degree or higher, or have successfully passed the ParaPro Exam, or possess a TA Certification Compassionate, patient, and comfortable with hands-on student support, including assistance with toileting needs Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working alongside teachers and support staff Must be fully onboarded and ready to start by the assignments anticipated dates

Key Responsibilities:

Provide essential day-to-day assistance to students in a high school transition program Support student learning, safety, and engagement under the supervision of classroom teachers Deliver individualized attention to students with unique developmental or behavioral needs Assist with activities of daily living, including personal care and transitions throughout the school environment Help foster a supportive, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere

Assignment Details:
