Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Active state SLP licensure ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in educational settings Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Commitment to collaborative, student-centered practice

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized intervention plans for students with communication, voice, or language disorders Deliver direct therapy services to meet IEP goals and monitor student progress Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote effective student outcomes Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions Document and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines Provide guidance and support to students, families, and educational staff on speech-language issues Enjoy comprehensive health and dental insurance, a company-matched 401(k), and competitive weekly pay.
