Position Details:

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:15 AM - 3:45 PM Elementary school setting Pay ranges from $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications Weekly pay and access to comprehensive healthcare benefits available

Key Qualifications:

Completion of an Associate's degree or successful passage of the Rhode Island Teaching Assistant exam Prior experience as a Paraprofessional, Behavior Specialist, or in a similar support role preferred Understanding of classroom management and positive behavioral interventions Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, students, and families Patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for working with elementary students Ability to support students individually or in groups, ensuring a supportive learning space for all
