We're Hiring! Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available We are looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our team! The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children, is patient and nurturing, and is committed to creating a safe, fun, and positive learning environment. Responsibilities Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities and routines. Help provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. Supervise and interact with children throughout the day. Assist with age-appropriate activities, crafts, learning experiences, and play. Help with meals, snacks, diapering/toileting, and other daily care needs as appropriate. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom. Follow all center policies, safety procedures, and state childcare regulations. Communicate positively and professionally with parents, teachers, and other staff members. Work as part of a team to support the classroom and the overall center. Qualifications Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required. Must be dependable, punctual, patient, and responsible. Must enjoy working with young children and be comfortable working as part of a team. Must be able to pass all required background checks and meet childcare licensing requirements.
