Experience as a paraprofessional or in a student support role within educational settings Ability to adapt quickly and confidently between various age groups and learning environments Strong communication skills, collaborating well with teachers, staff, and families Dedication to fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging setting for all learners Flexibility to move between sites and serve both classroom-wide and individualized student needs Skills in implementing instructional strategies under teacher direction Organizational abilities for supporting documentation and program requirements

What You'll Be Doing:

Float between multiple elementary, primary, and middle school sites based on daily needs Support teachers in classroom management, lesson preparation, and instructional delivery Provide individualized (1:1) academic or behavioral support to students when required Assist in maintaining a safe, nurturing, and productive classroom environment Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging growth and independence Adapt to different teacher styles, curriculum focus areas, and student needs Support classroom activities, facilitate small groups, and reinforce learning objectives This is your chance to shape young minds while gaining experience across a variety of school settings.
