We're looking for a Childcare Floater Teacher to work at our center in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina who is flexible, dependable, and passionate about helping classrooms run smoothly while creating a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children. This role is perfect for educators who enjoy variety, teamwork, and making a difference throughout the school day. What Is a Floater Teacher? As a Floater Teacher, you'll: Support multiple classrooms as needed Step in to assist with ratios, breaks, transitions, and coverage Work with different age groups, from infants through Pre‑K Be a valued part of the teaching team across the school No two days are the same — and that's what many of our floaters love most about the role. Schedule Monday-Friday; multiple shifts available! 2:00pm - 6:00pm 8:00am - 5:00pm Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on education and experience $14-16 per hour
