Job Overview Blue Dragon Academy is looking for a caring, dependable and energetic Early Childhood Assistant to join our team! This position works alongside our Early Childhood Teachers to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow and have fun. What You'll Do Help create a safe, positive and nurturing classroom. Play, Interact and engage with children throughout the day Assist teachers with activities, meals, routines, and classroom care Help keep classroom clean, organized and ready for learning Build positive relationships with children, families and coworkers Be willing to learn and grow as an Early Childhood Professional Most importantly-be someone our children and team can count on!
