Overview Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Martial Arts Instructor and ignite a passion for physical fitness, discipline, and personal growth! In this energetic role, you will support lead instructors in delivering engaging martial arts classes that promote confidence, respect, and teamwork among students of all ages. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop coaching skills, work with children and teens, and contribute to a positive and motivating environment. Whether you have experience in martial arts, sports coaching, or childcare, your enthusiasm and dedication will help inspire our students to reach their full potential. Duties Assist lead instructors in planning and executing martial arts classes tailored to various age groups and skill levels Support students during training sessions, ensuring proper technique and safety at all times Help manage class behavior and foster a respectful, encouraging atmosphere for learners Lead warm-up exercises, stretching routines, and basic drills to prepare students for training Provide feedback and encouragement to motivate students and build their confidence in martial arts skills Maintain equipment organization and ensure the cleanliness of training areas Communicate effectively with clients and parents about student progress, class schedules, and safety protocols Requirements Prior experience in martial arts such as Karate, Judo, or similar disciplines is highly desirable Enjoys to working with children Strong communication skills to engage with students, parents, and team members effectively Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities while maintaining a positive attitude and energetic demeanor Physical ability to stand for extended periods, demonstrate techniques, and assist with physical activities This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about sports, fitness, or teaching who want to make a meaningful impact while gaining valuable coaching experience. Pay:
$10.00 - $20.00 per hour
