Key Qualifications:

Active Texas Educational Aide Certificate required Demonstrated experience as a Paraprofessional, or in a similar supportive role in school settings Previous work with students requiring behavioral support and personal care, including toileting Flexible, patient approach to managing a variety of student needs Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers and staff Willing to consider candidates with strong Behavior Technician backgrounds for select positions

Role Highlights & Responsibilities:

Provide individualized and small group support to students with life skills and adaptive needs Assist with personal care, hygiene routines, and mobility, ensuring students comfort and safety Implement teacher-designed activities and behavior support plans Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student participation and self-advocacy Monitor, document, and report student progress and behavior as needed Collaborate closely with instructional staff and therapists to reinforce learning strategies
