Job Description
Floater - Kidz Lane Learning Center The Floater is responsible for providing support to both the Directors and classroom teachers as needed throughout the center. This position assists in maintaining a safe, clean, and nurturing learning environment by helping in classrooms, Supervising children, covering staff breaks, assisting with daily routines, and completing tasks assigned by the Directors. The Floater must be flexible, dependable, and willing to work wherever support is needed to ensure the smooth daily operation of the center. Strong teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude are required at all times.
