In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help support classroom activities, assist with curriculum implementation, and promote positive behavior management. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's early development while working alongside experienced educators committed to excellence in early childhood education. Duties Assist lead teachers in developing and implementing engaging curriculum plans tailored to early childhood development standards Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and creating a safe, inclusive environment for children of various ages, including toddlers and preschoolers. Work directly with children to support their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth through individualized attention and group activities. Help facilitate early intervention strategies for children with special education needs or developmental delays, ensuring they receive appropriate support Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, behaviors, and developmental milestones.
Pay:
From $15.50 per hour
