Kumon is the world's largest after school math and reading enrichment program, and we're looking for dependable, enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with children! This is a part-time position that is offered year round. We are currently hiring for Early learning Teaching Assistants who can work during the school year on Monday - Thursday.

Hours:

Monday to Thursday afternoons from 3:20 pm to 7:00pm

Responsibilities:

Instruct Early learners in an individual setting while motivating them towards higher learning Equip students with skills and strategies to achieve success based on provided lesson plans and instruction from the Center Instructor. Assist in grading of worksheets Maintaining cleanliness and organization of your work area and the center various administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required Experience with children preferred, but not required Must hold a basic understanding of math and reading concepts Must have a reliable form of transportation
