We also offer an enriching after-school program called "The Clubhouse," designed to support ongoing learning and development. Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic Support Staff to assist with transitioning into teaching roles within our vibrant early childhood education community. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment, develop essential skills, and prepare for a future in teaching in your own classroom at Heritage. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about working with children. Duties Support classroom activities stepping in to Lead in the absence of the regular teacher Greet children and parents warmly and addressing their needs promptly Assist with materials organization and activity implementation Contribute to a positive guest (child and parent) experience through excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor Qualifications Enthusiasm to learn is essential Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette for interacting with parents and staff Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude Prior experience at a preschool or daycare is preferred Passion for supporting early childhood education and developing future leaders Join us in this rewarding role where you'll gain valuable experience that paves the way toward a fulfilling career in teaching.
