Overview; Daycare Teacher We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. This role involves engaging with students, implementing curriculum, and supporting their developmental needs. Experience in Montessori methods or private school settings is a plus. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards. Provide individualized instruction to support each child's learning style and needs. Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement strategies. Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to support student development. Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching practices. Participate in school events, meetings, and community outreach as required. Requirements Experience in toddler care, physical education, or early intervention is highly desirable. Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create a positive learning atmosphere. Familiarity with Montessori educational principles is an advantage. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and engage effectively with students and families. A genuine passion for educating young children and supporting their growth.
