- WHERE? Full Circle Montessori School, a private Montessori School in Arlington, VA, serving children from ages 15 months to 12 years.
- WHO? We need a team player for a Primary Classroom Assistant position. This is a mixed age (3-6yrs) established Montessori Classroom. Previous experience working with children is a must! Montessori experience is a plus.
- FCMS team members are outgoing, positive, mature, have a good sense of humor, are highly organized, detail oriented, professional and managerial, efficient, proactive and dedicated to children! Qualified individuals need to be able to switch gears at a moment's notice, multi-task, and get things done quickly without micromanagement!
- WHAT? A Primary Classroom Assistant supports the lead teacher by preparing the environment, observing children, and assisting with activities, while promoting independence and a love of learning through gentle guidance and modeling grace and courtesy.
