About This Role We are seeking a caring and energetic individual to join our team as an Assistant Teacher. This is a vital support role in the classroom and an essential part of keeping our day running smoothly. As an Assistant Teacher, you'll work closely with staff and families to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. Our center serves children ages 6 weeks to 9 years, and staff are expected to be comfortable working with all age groups.

Key responsibilities include:

Collaborating with the classroom Lead Teacher to maintain a positive, organized learning environment Supporting daily routines, classroom management, and cleanliness Building strong, respectful relationships with children and families Contributing to a team culture that values communication, empathy, and professionalism This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teamwork, takes direction well, and finds joy in helping children learn and grow. What You'll Do Create a welcoming environment for children, parents and the community. Maintain an environment that is clean and safe.
