Play-Based Preschool Job Description:
Kinder Prep Learning Academy is seeking a warm, dependable Early Childhood Teacher (Assistant or Lead, based on experience) to join our team. We are a licensed, award-winning preschool offering a high-quality, play-based program for children ages 2-5. Our approach blends child-led exploration with intentional teacher-guided learning, with a strong focus on social-emotional development, STREAM experiences, and hands-on engagement.
What We Offer:

Responsibilities:
Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Support children through play-based learning experiences Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members Maintain classroom organization and licensing standards
Qualifications:
Experience in early childhood education preferred High school diploma or GED required Strong reliability and consistent attendance are essential Warm, patient, and team-oriented Belief that this work matters and makes a lasting impact
Schedule:
