We are looking to hire a full-time Pre-K Teacher Assistant to join MBA's early childhood education team! You will play a vital role in nurturing the lives of the children we serve, from 6-weeks to 5-years of age, creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment. The Pre-K Teacher Assistant will work with children ages 3.5 to 5-years of age, alongside the classroom's Lead Teacher. Duties include but are not limited to helping to prepare and implement daily lesson plans, engaging in hands-on learning with the children, and assisting with routine caregiving tasks. Prior experience with childcare is preferred. All applicants must be 18-years of age and are required to pass a criminal and Central Registry background check.
