Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher Aide to join our team in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. The ideal candidate will a genuine love for working with children. This role involves fostering positive relationships with children, and ensuring a safe and stimulating atmosphere for learning and development. Duties Assist in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early learning and development. Manage classroom activities to ensure a structured and positive environment. Provide care for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety, comfort, and emotional well-being. Engage children in educational activities that enhance their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills. Monitor children's behavior and implement effective behavior management strategies. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience. Experience Strong skills in classroom management and behavior management techniques. Experience in toddler care, infant care, or daycare settings is highly desirable. Ability to educate children effectively while fostering a love for learning. Experience working with children with disabilities is a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
