Months Compensation:

- As a Co-Teacher or Assistant, you will contribute to a calm, responsive, and developmentally rich classroom environment.
You will:
Follow individualized feeding, sleep, and care schedules with precision- Infants Only Build secure attachments through attuned, responsive interaction Assistant with observation and documentation of developmental milestones Communicate proactively and clearly with families each day Maintain exceptional sanitation and safety standards Deliver Primrose's exclusive Balanced Learning® curriculum through age-appropriate engagement Support the classroom with emotional steadiness and a consistent presence•Strong attendance & reliability is critical for our children.
- We are looking for a professional who is: Deeply patient and attentive to subtle cues Emotionally regulated and calm under repetitive, high-needs conditions Experienced in infant & toddler development (3-5 years strongly preferred) Skilled in building trust with families — especially first-time parents Ready to help establish and uphold a high standard in a growing school Energized by the opportunity to be a Founding Member of our team—helping to anchor our culture and set the gold standard
Education:
Preferred- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred; CDA considered.
