Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience as a Paraprofessional in a school setting strongly preferred Proficiency in supporting diverse student needs, including those with IEPs or behavioral plans Ability to assist with classroom management, small group instruction, and one-on-one student support High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or Paraprofessional certification is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strong organizational skills and a collaborative attitude

Responsibilities:
