Back General Labor - Packing Team Member Light Industrial & Manufacturing Middlebury , Indiana Contract to Hire Oct 5, 2026 Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is seeking dependable and motivated individuals for a Packing Team Member position. Job Summary As a Packing Team Member , you will be responsible for packaging products according to quality standards, ensuring accurate labeling, maintaining a clean workspace, and supporting production goals. Attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures are essential for success in this role.

Hours:

6:30am - 5pm Monday -

Thursday Overtime:

Up to 2 hours a day + Fridays as needed

Pay:

$17.00/hr Responsibilities Pack products into cartons and packaging containers according to production requirements. Ensure products are properly organized and labeled for shipment. Utilize production tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety, food safety, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines. Report quality, equipment, or safety concerns to supervisors. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Assist with additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Basic math and scale-reading skills preferred. Previous manufacturing, production, or poultry experience is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods. Frequently bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift. Lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 80 lbs. with assistance.
