Job Description

Shape an impactful learning experience for a primary-aged student as an ASL Paraeducator or Interpreter! This contract opportunity runs onsite through mid-June 2027, offering a consistent weekday schedule (Monday through Friday, 8:45am12pm, totaling 16.25 hours/week). Youll work closely with one student, supporting communication and classroom engagement through your American Sign Language skillset.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience with American Sign Language (ASL) is required Previous paraprofessional or interpreter experience in a school setting preferred EIPA score is preferred (not required) Ability to foster positive relationships with young students and collaborate with educators Strong communication, flexibility, and commitment to student success
Key Responsibilities:
