• . As a School Aide/Paraprofessional, you will provide classroom support, assist with student learning and behavior management, and help create a positive and inclusive educational environment.

35 hours per week + Full school-year assignment + Weekly Pay + Benefits Available

• Responsibilities
• + Assist teachers with classroom instruction and daily educational activities + Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students + Reinforce lessons and assist students with assignments + Support students with academic tasks, behavior management, and social skills development + Supervise students in classrooms, hallways, cafeterias, playgrounds, and other school settings + Assist with classroom organization and preparation of instructional materials + Help implement IEP accommodations and modifications under teacher direction + Monitor student progress and behavior and communicate observations to school staff + Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment + Assist students with mobility, personal care, or other basic needs as required + Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and administrators •Minimum Qualifications•+ High School Diploma or GED required + Associate Degree required •OR•willingness to take and pass the •Master Teacher's Paraprofessional Assessment•+ Must hold or be eligible to obtain a •Wisconsin DPI Paraprofessional License•+ Ability to pass required background screenings + Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills + Ability to work effectively with children in a school setting •Amergis will provide guidance throughout the DPI licensing process.
