The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and providing individualized support to students. Duties Assist students in educational activities. Support students in literacy and math education. Support classroom behavior management and promote a positive learning atmosphere. Provide individualized support for children with disabilities. Engage in curriculum development that aligns with educational standards. Foster a nurturing environment that encourages child development and growth. Maintain effective communication with teachers and other staff members. Supervise children during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being. Skills Background in special education and experience working with students of varying abilities. Knowledge of childhood development principles and effective classroom management techniques. Experience in literacy education, math instruction, and behavior management strategies. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students and colleagues. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being capable of taking initiative when needed.
