The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and providing individualized support to students. Duties Assist students in educational activities. Support students in literacy and math education. Support classroom behavior management and promote a positive learning atmosphere. Provide individualized support for children with disabilities. Engage in curriculum development that aligns with educational standards. Foster a nurturing environment that encourages child development and growth. Maintain effective communication with teachers and other staff members. Supervise children during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
