• Paraprofessional Job Type Contract Soliant is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional for a full-time, school-based position in Kenosha, Wisconsin for the 2026-2027 school year.

• Position Details:

• Full-time
• Monday-Friday
• Onsite/in-person
• School-based position
• Work directly with students and classroom staff
• Weekly W-2 pay

• Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and small-group support to students
• Assist teachers with classroom activities and instruction
• Support students with academic, behavioral, and daily living needs
• Help implement IEP accommodations and behavior plans
• Monitor students throughout the school day and during transitions
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and other school professionals

• Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with children or in a school setting preferred
• Special education experience is a plus
• Ability to work effectively with students with varying needs
• Strong communication, patience, and collaboration skills
