We are seeking dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teachers to make a difference in the lives of children and families. Join our Houser (Onalaska) Child Care Team and be a part of an environment where everyone has the resources to learn, grown and succeed. Shifts available : Monday-Friday 7 am-12 pm, 10 am- 5 pm
Responsibilities :
Promote youth development through Creative Curriculum Provide children with opportunities to develop early language and motor skills Build relationships with families, children, and the staff team Work 3-5 days a week Requirements At least 18 years of age or at least 17 years of age with additional training provided A credit or non-credit course in Early Childhood Education or obtained within 6 months Experience in Early Childhood is preferred CPR/First Aid certification or obtain within 3 months of hire date Knowledgeable in the Creative Curriculum Benefits FREE adult Y membership (+ discount on Family Membership) 50% discount on Y programs 403(b) retirement account 12% retirement after 2 years and 1,000 hours per year Free Employee Assistance Program (EAP) An Equal Opportunity Employer An Equal Opportunity Employer
