$38,000 - $48,000 per year (commensurate with experience) Financialoscopy ® Inc. seeks a Client Advocate (Para-Professional) . You must be organized and tech-savvy.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding client service. Thoroughly document all advisor-client interactions, conversations, and action items while protecting client privacy. Research investment portfolios. Prepare documentation for advisor appointments. Handle post-appointment follow-ups, meeting recaps, action items, and team coordination Serve as backup for office administrative tasks.

Excellent oral and written communication, telephone etiquette, and interpersonal skills Superior time management. Associate degree ( minimum ) or higher degree. Must pass a fingerprint, criminal, and credit background check. This position is ideal for long-term employment.
