School-Based Responsibilities Provide individualized academic and behavioral support to students Assist teachers with classroom activities and instruction Support students with daily routines and classroom expectations Help maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and other school personnel Assist with implementing student support plans as directed by the educational team Qualifications Active Wisconsin Special Education Paraprofessional Certification/License Previous experience working with children or in a school setting preferred Experience supporting students with disabilities is a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills Patient, dependable, and adaptable Ability to work effectively as part of a classroom team Interested in making a difference in a student's education?
