Position Highlights We are looking for enthusiastic educators who are passionate about early childhood development. As a key part of our team, you'll help create a nurturing, inspiring space for young learners to grow—emotionally, socially, and intellectually. What You'll Do Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment Design and lead age-appropriate learning activities and play experiences Supervise children during meals, naps, and free play Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting learning space Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and team members Communicate openly with parents about their child's development Ensure the health, safety, and overall well-being of every child in your care Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education—or equivalent per state licensing requirements Solid understanding of child development and learning strategies Classroom management skills with a calm, positive approach CPR and First Aid certification preferred Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Warm, patient, and passionate about working with young children Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and remain active throughout the day Why Momentum?
