Responsibilities Welcome children, parents, and staff with warmth and professionalism each morning, fostering a friendly atmosphere. Prepare classrooms and activity areas for the day's activities, ensuring all materials are organized and ready for use. Assist with child supervision during arrival times, ensuring safety and engagement as children transition into their day. Support classroom teachers with child care routines such as diapering, feeding, and nap time,etc. Communicate effectively with parents regarding daily updates, or concerns to build trust and strong relationships. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom environment to promote health and safety standards in compliance with daycare regulations. Qualifications High School Diploma or G.E.D Must pass a background checks Certification in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hire), including pediatric first aid training.
