Retired Part-time Tutor (Principal Legacy Coach)

Qualifications:

Current Alabama Teacher's Certification Master's Degree or higher with an endorsement inEducational Administration K-12 Demonstrated successful administrative or supervisory experience preferred Demonstrated positive communication skills, both verbal and written

Essential Duties:

Serve as a legacy coach supporting schools overall successaff Analyze relevant data to inform decisions for teaching and learning Collaborate and work with staff, students, parents, and community to ensure a high-quality educational program Support the accomplishment of the school's mission and vision Motivate and lead professional learning communities that improve teacher practice Support the use of technology to motivate and prepare students for the 21st century Provide a safe, orderly environment that is conducive to teaching and learning Support and attend school-related or extracurricular activities to enhance coaches, teachers, students, parents, and community relations Establish a supportive and positive relationship with students, parents, co-workers, volunteers, and other visitors Partner with school leaders to improve schools and staff performance Perform other duties as assigned
