About Us:

At NorthBridge College Success Program, we are on a mission to empower students with learning differences to thrive as they pursue higher education and vocational opportunities. Our program equips students with the skills, tools, and guidance necessary to conquer learning challenges and ensure their academic success. We work with a diverse range of learners enrolled in community colleges, four-year universities, technical schools, and vocational programs.

Part Time Academic Coach Your Role:

As an Academic Coach at NorthBridge, you will play a pivotal role in directly supporting our students. You will help them develop both academic and personal skills, ensuring they have the resources they need to excel.

Preferred:

Experience in tutoring students with learning disabilities, ideally in a post-secondary setting. Skill in coaching and managing youth and adults, highlighting your leadership capabilities. An understanding of any of the following: College Science, Computer Science, Math Concepts, Essay Writing and English Composition. Active Fingerprint Clearance Card (Arizona Centralized Background check will be required)

Pay:

$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 2.0 - 20.0 per week
